What Does Tingling Sensation In The Chest Indicate?

Never did this before but here it goes. Over the past month or two, I have had at least three times when I suddenly feel a tightness or tingling across my front upper chest and generally in the same region on my upper back at the same time. No rhyme or reason to when it occurs or what I am doing. It seems to hang on for a few minutes and then dissipate. I am 70 today, in very good health and workout regularly. Any thoughts?

You should undergo cervical spine X-ray lateral and AP view. It is most probably cervical strain thing. As a safe side also undergo blood pressure checking and ECG.
