What Does Tingling Sensation In The Feet Along With Fatigue Indicate?

My 16 year old daughter is complaining that her feet have been tingling for a few weeks. She has felt fatigue more than is normal even for a teenager. She has been somewhat depressed for the last few weeks also. She eats well, takes vitamin supplements and gets plenty of exercise. When I look on the internet there are a lot of scary things that have tingling feet as a symptom.

Hello,

History is very insignificant to find out any problem correctly. We need to know whether that tingling sensation is bilateral and when all it will occur whether is it associated with muscle weakness or palsy. Whether it is allergic to something and touching that agent often causing irritation, whether she has any rashes, redness, swelling of the body, whether she is having any nerve compression syndromes because of bad posture, whether associated with a headache, nausea, vomiting, etcetera. We need to examine her central nervous system in detail and if we could find any organ pathological we can get an MRI of it and can find out the etiology.
