my son says his urine is dark brown his hands are tingling mouth is burning I am confused this has never happened he is 28 years old, weight 150.-160. His wife slept with another man. my son says he has sex with her the week after it has been2 weeks

The complains which you share is not a transmitted symptoms. Sometime we mently distresses which occur lack of confidence due to that tingling may be start. I'm not Sure but this may be...second burning sensation is due to indigestion or heavy head of stomach..it can be normal to take some antacid. Will be cure
