What Does Tingling Sensation In The Head Indicate?

hi there, I am 26 f, I am concerned for a long term tingling/buzzing feeling in my head, especially when I move my eyes left to right or up and down or shut and open them. I also feel nauseous and my toungue feels numbness, slightly and tingly, could you please advise? thank you

There may be two reasons. First you may have lack of confidence. When you start to make eye contact with some one tingling may start. Of second it is symptom of Parkinson disease. But it is in aging stage symp. Take opinion of neurologists
