What Does Tingling Sensation In The Penis Indicate?

Hello doctor, This is a very sensitive topic. Approximately 3 days ago, I masturbated using Aveeno Body Lotion. The next day I noticed a tingling feeling inside the bottom of my penile shaft towards my testicles. It tingles when I urinate and periodically during the day. I don t believe I have any unusual discharges. I ve been sexually active with my girlfriend also, but I ve never had any of these symptoms until now. I have many thoughts running through my head like, did I pinch a nerve, do I have a STD, or UTI? I m really confused. I m hoping someone cam help. I m a male at 21 years of age.
