What Does Tingling Sensation In The Right Hand Indicate?

Hi..I am noticing that when I run (jog) and sometimes sitting, my second, third and fourth toes feel like they have frostbite...they lose color and are cold, tingly....I am also experiencing tingles in my right hand (thumb, pointer) ...I am recovering from a fractured RH pinky (pins inserted) but doing therapy now...so the pinky is rehabbing, but I noticed the tingling in the other fingers today. It woke me up last night as well ..as if i d slept on my hand wrong and it fell asleep...then its continued today...make sense? I also was experiencing an ache on the left side base of the occipital bone (with certain movements) I am very fit and assumed I tweaked something...I visited my chiro and she helped alleviate the pain. I realize this is a lot, but I think I m looking for some basic guidance..something to take to a GP or back to the chiro/RMT? Thanks!

Thanks for info given,cause of tingling sensation because Your skin is filled with tiny nerve endings that relay signals to the brain regarding sensation. When these nerves are interrupted during signaling to the brain, which can be caused by compression, pulling, inflammation, or having reduced blood supply to the nerve, the skin feels a sensation of prickling and tingling
