What Does Tingling Sensation On The Left Side Of The Face Indicate?

I had a tick bite in June. About two weeks later I started having dizziness, was told at ER it was probably from my ears. Prescribed meclazine and I then saw an ENT. That visit concluded my ears were fine. Since, I have developed tingling off and on an the left side of face, tingling off and on in arms and legs on both sides. I also have stiff neck and shoulder muscles. Have been to Chiropractor for that with no relief. I feel pressure in my head and have migraines I wake up to in the night. I also have some anxiety that I have had off and on for 5 years, treated with a PRN alprozolam .5 mg once daily. Do you think I may have some sort of tick borne illness?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

No, I don't think it is due to tick bite. Possibility of stress, anxiety, and migraine related symptoms is more likely. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You will need anxiolytic drugs like Propranolol and Flunarizine combination. Counselling along with anxiolytic drugs play important role in treatment. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. You can also take Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin combination for tingling sensation on left side of face.
