What Does Tinnitus Along With Dizziness And Headache Indicate?

my husband was in a wreck Thursday, there was no injuries or whiplash. today he stated that he was driving to work after he had eaten and felt ringing in his ears, dizzy, followed by neck pain and a headache. He states that he feels week and he feels unbalanced. He said he has never felt a pain like this and that the headache is not a normal one.
