What Does Tissue Discharge During 6 Weeks Of Pregnancy Suggest?
Hi I had a miscarriage on Monday, doctors were concerned when they they couldn t see anything on my ultrasound at 6+ weeks they thought it was etocpic but I passed some tissue.. I still have a bit of pain and am concerned that maybe some of the tissue is still there? My blood levels were dropping 200 every 48hrs but only dropped 110 after i passed the tissue.. How will I know if there s anything still there as they couldn t see nothing to start off with anyways?
The symptoms of incomplete miscarriage are pain lower abdomen with cramps, passing blood clots, bleeding that carries on, sometimes patients complain of heavy bleeding. You are suggested to get a per vaginal examination done by a gynecologist. Bulky uterus on P/V examination may indicate incomplete miscarriage, if needed a repeat USG examination can be done. Incomplete miscarriage's need D and C to be done, to avoid complications like infection, fever, bleeding, etc. Get treated by a gynecologist at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
