What Does Torch Test Result Of Igg Readings Positive And Igm Negative Mean?
Planning pregnancy. Torch test results three virus IgG readings are positive whereas all IgM are negative. Toxoplasma - 3.00 Rubella -162.00 Cytomegalovirus - 176.00 Herpes simplex virus-1 - 2.40 the above readings are all IgG . what does this mean , does it mean that the infection is still there? Does this mean that pregnancy cant be planned now ? is there a treatment for this ? What are the reason of this infection occur in the past ? please explain?

Having Ig G is not a big problem. but having Ig M is a big problem. you have Ig G so it means you have past infection with the torch panel virus. so you can plan the pregnancy. you need not require any treatment now. this are all the sexually transmitted disease occurance of the disease is not known.
