What Does Total Sperm Count 14 Million Indicate?

Dear Sir, My self Darshit, age 30,height 5'7, no medical problem in past or history.
i done semen anaylsis. result are as below
Total Sperm Count=14Million
good =39%
moderate=41%
nonmotile = 20%
abnormal Forms=15%
premature forms=4%
pus cell=absent/HPF
RBS =absent/HPF
epithetial cells =absent/HPF

sir please comment i dont understand weather i can make my wife pregnant

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests decreased sperm count.Normally it should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Motility and Morphology of sperm are within normal limit.
You need few investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,ultrasound of scrotum.Hormone assay can be done after evaluation.

You should increase your physical activity and take nutritious diet.
With these measures, sperm count should improve.If it doesn't improve then other methods for assisted fertilization like IUI should be considered.
IVF is the last option.
