Hi,
From the hematology report, I get an impression of macrocytic anemia. Macrocytic anemia is usually due to Vit B12 and folic acid deficiency and you need to take supplements for it.
Your urine analysis report indicates traces of albumin and you seem to be worried. Albumin in traces can be normal, but during pregnancy could be associated with condition called as pre-eclampsia.
In pregnancy induced hypertension, albuminuria is commonly seen. So you need to watch out for your blood pressure. It could complicate pregnancy in later stages. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
If your blood pressure is normal, you need not worry about this as other urine examination is normal.
Hope it helps. Any further query, happy to help again.
