What Does Trisomy And Bladder Exstrophy Mean?

Hello sir , My name is fathima ,nw i m 15 wks pregnancy this is my 3 pregnancy ,i took screen test .it comes high risk ,last two days before done an ultrasound ,my bladder couldnt see the sonographer ,repeated my bladder formed improperly .dr told bladder exstrophy ,it cause of trisomy .please clarify my doubt
