What Does Twitching Of The Bottom Eyelid Suggest?

I m 30 years old. About two months ago out of no where-I literally woke up to this- my left bottom eye lid has been twitching dramatically. It twitches all day and night on and off. There hasn t been one day it hasn t since it started. I then began noticing my lips twitching but not as frequent as my eye. Then I began having twitching in right thumb. As I am typing this now, I keep having to correct words bc my thumb twitches very strongly. I m getting very worried about what this may be.
