What Does Twitching Sensation In The Forearm Indicate?

Age: 23 Sex: M Height: 6 2 Weight: 245 Race: White/Caucasian Duration of complaint: week and a half Location: Right Hand, wrist, and forearm Description: Sorry if its too long So I am a professional gamer on PC for an eSports team. A week or so ago I noticed that my playing has felt extremely awkward in my mouse hand. It feels as if my hand is struggling to move certain places and feels very shaky and awkward. I noticed as well when I am clicking the mouse I can feel sort of a very slight twitch in my upper forearm. When just normally typing I can feel that my right hand is off I tried various stretching and other routines I have found online for carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel but everything I have read on those relates to numbess/pain in areas and I am experiencing none of that. While doing those stretches I realized that if I elevate and extended my index finger it causes my middle finger to start shaking/twitching without my control. I thought maybe this was a normal thing but my left hand does not do this at all. Does anyone know what this could possibly be? This was kind of a overnight thing that happened suddenly with no prior issues... I was hoping this wasn t some neurological disorder as I have no pain or any signs of a physical injury to myself.
