What Does Twitching Sensation On The Right Side Of The Body Indicate?
I have been having tics/twitches on the right side of my body for years now. First, it started out with just minor twitches such as the pinky, but recently, it has gotten to the point where my right arm & head would twitch to the side. It has been happening numerous times a day & I have no idea why it has been like this.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are reporting to have tics/twitches on the right side of your body for years now. The tics/twitches is sometimes related to neurological problems related to brain or spinal cord. So far, have you been examined by neurologist? Have you run any blood test like blood electrolytes? cardiac check up? Electrolyte imbalances like magnesium/calcium deficiencies can also cause these tics. Magnesium/calcium supplementation can help in this case. However, I'm still thinking you should consult further with neurologist as soon as possible.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have further queries.
