General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The twitching that you are experiencing is most likely benign and may be caused due to Vitamin B complex deficiency or electrolyte imbalance or stress. If you don't have any other associated symptoms then there is nothing to worry about. Most likely it will pass on its own or you can start taking a vitamin supplement for a few days. Also drink lots of water and avoid caffeine. If it does not resolve on its own get yourself assessed by a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman
