What Does Two Endometrial Cavities With Myometrial Contour Mean?

Hi! Im noreen, 23 years old and I have a previous miscarriage at 16 weeks- 1 year ago becuase i had a retroverted uterus. in my recent ultrasound, my uterus is now anteverted and im now 6 weeks pregnant again for the second time. My recent ultrasound state that " There is suspicious note of two endometrial cavities with smooth myometrial contour" wat does it mean? am i prone to recurrent miscarriage? please help me. why it was not found on my transvaginal ultrasound before i got pregnant because I had an ultrasound before getting pregnant again but it was not stated like that. Thank you!
