What Does Two Lumps In My Neck Below My Tongue Imply?

I have two lumps in my neck below my tongue. they move around are extremely painful. when they move it's like my mouth becomes paralyzed and i have to push them back and it is terrible pain. a doctor told me a few years ago that it was a swollen salivary gland, but gave me nothing nor did anything for it...and then the last few months i've noticed that i now have a lump on the other side of my neck.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have swollen sub mandibular salivary gland. It can be due to acute or chronic sialadenitis or sime tumour of submandibular salivary gland. You should go for ultrasound examination. If needed go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
