What Does Ultrasound Report Mean?
I am 49yrs old, 2 days ago i had an ultrasound. . this is the result. . within the right ovary is a cystic structure, measuring 1.6x1.5x1.5cm,unilocular,anechoic,thin smooth walled rimmed with enough normal ovarian tissue. The right ovary is enlarged for her age but seemingly grossy normal. Atrophic follicles seen in the periphery. . . pls make comments

Your USG report suggests that there is a simple cyst (measuring 1.6 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm)in right ovary.Simple cyst in ovary doesn't require treatment unless they are symptomatic.Right ovary is also enlarged in size due to presence of cyst.There are also atrophic follicles in right ovary.
You need proper clinical examination.
