C6-C7: (Unchanged) There is mild to moderate narrowing along the periphery of the disc space. A broad spur-disc complex with a somewhat prominent central to right paramidline component partially effaces the ventral aspect of the CSF space; there is no overt canalicular stenosis. There is mild narrowing of the right neural foramen due to uncovertebral joint hypertrophy. The left neural foramen is not significantly narrowed.C7-T1: (Unchanged) There is a broad spur-disc complex. The ventral CSF space is partially effaced, but there is no overt canalicular stenosis. There is slight narrowing of the neural foramina due to uncovertebral joint hypertrophy.Impression I have significant neck pain. Also numbness and tingling in both arms and fingers. hi,

as you mentioned about the C6&C7 also the C7&T1 reports about the CT or MRI associated with the symptoms of neck pain followed with tigling and numbness in the upper limb it could be a Nerve getting pinched in that area which now is leading to symptoms. As for which take a therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy will help reduce spasm and pain. later on performing regular neck muscle Strengthening exercises and upper limb strengthening exercises will help reduce the pain. usually 99% of people recover if the proper care is taken.

with the grace of God I wish you a speedy recovery
