What Does Unhealthy Decidual Reaction In TVS Test?

Hi my lmp was 10aug 2014 with 30 days ragular cycle .am primi 29 years old I experienced mild very mild spotting once on 16 n again on 18 Sep .my doctor advised me to get tvs done to rule out ectopic pregnancy. On tvs doctor told there is unhealthy decidual reaction. And they asked me to get b hcg done . Am bit scared wat could be the cause of unhealthy decidual reaction

Hi,thanks for writing..
Poor decidual reaction means lining inside the uterus doesnot appear healthy for the implantation..Usually endometrium will be thickened at the time of pregnancy.. With bhcg, the exact gestational age can be detected.. Repeat hcg after 48 hrs to see for doubling.. If doubling present, it means it is a healthy growing pregnancy..
