Welcome to health care magic.

1.Unstable presentation of the foetus at this gestational age is very normal.
2. Rest of the foetal parameters corresponding to each other which is normal.
3.The cardiac activity appears normal.
4.In case of previous history of lost pregnancy - you need to monitor the foetus with followup scans.
5.At the same time its recommended to make sure that your vitals like BP / PULSE are with in limits.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
