What Does Urge For Frequent Urination With Anxiety Suggest?

Anytime I get somewhere where I don t have a restroom I get the feeling I have to go pee it s really bad in the car to the point I don t want to ride with other people the only time this isn t a problem is at home or when I m working and active it s really affecting my life miserably and sometimes it even happens during sex but not masturbation I start to think it s just in my head but when I get in the car or a meeting at work I have to stop every twenty mins to usually not even have to pee at all or very little I need help

This can be related to anxiety and stress
If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for psychological counselling and behavioural measures like strict water intake before such meeting
Try to deviate your attention to more interesting and other activities
Don't even think about it

If it doesn't improve then you should consult GP or psychiatrist for physical examination and further course of action
