What Does Urinalysis Report Regarding Anal Fistula Indicate?

Hi I'm 28 years old male, I have my laboratory report/ urinalysis I just want to know if this result is normal, because i have an anal fistula.. Thank you!

SPECIFIC GRAVITY-1.000
PROTEIN-negative

PUS CELLS- 10-12 per HPF

AMORPHOUS URATES-few
MUCUS THREADS- few
BACTERIA-few

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly hazy appearance of urine and presence of excess pus cells,RBC and bacteria in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.You should drink plenty of water.
