What Does Urinalysis Suggest?

hi doc! I got this urinalysis. i dont know what does it mean? hope you can help me understand this, here are the results, Color: Yellow, Appearance: Turbid, Specific Gravity: 1.015, pH: 5.0, Protein: Negative, Glocose: Negative, WBC: 30-10/hpf, RBC : 2-4/ hpf , Epithelial Cells : many, Crystal: Few, Mucus Threads: Few please help thank you.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by turbid appearance of urine and presence of excess WBC,RBC in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.You should drink plenty of water.
