yes, thank you, I am 52 yr old female, with history of endometriosis and had a hysterectomy one year ago, (right ovary remains), for the past 5 weeks I have been experiencing a continuous urinary pressure, no pain associated with urination, and lab culture returned negative for urinary tract infection, but the discomfort ranges from 1-4daily (5 being the worst). this pressure is not alleviated with hydration or urination, or OTC pain medications and seems to worsen at night. its doesn t hinder daily routine or exercise, but is constant and uncomfortable. Additionally I have seen a increase in fatigue, due to sleep disturbance, awakening in early morning hours and not able to fall back to sleep for 2-3 hours. hot flashes have also increased, mostly in the evenings. my Gynecologist does not believe it is related to my bladder, and is sending me to a GYN Specialist for more testing. I am concerned that problems may be result of hysterectomy procedure last year. seeking advisement on potential cause and remedies, Thank you in advance
