Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the urine analysis is as follows:
Presence of pus cells in urine suggests presence of infection.
The infection can be accompanied by presence of red blood cells in urine.
Epithelial cells are also shed along with infection.
Presence of organisms in urine further potentiate the presence of infection.
A course of antibiotics is required to treat the infection.
Consult your doctor with reports for prescription of antibiotics.

Thanks and take care
