What Does Urine Analysis Report Suggest?

urine color yellow transparency slightly turbid reaction acidic PH 6.0 albumin negative sugar negative pus cell 1-3 RBC 1-4 epithelial cells many amorphous urates few mucus threads many renal cells moderate bacteria moderate please i would like to know the result of my urinalysis. thank you so much

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by slightly turbid colour of urine and presence of pus cells,RBC,bacteria,epithelial cells,mucus threads etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
