Hello and welcome to HCM,
The DNA PCR suggests presence of infection with Mycobacterium species, however, the culture is negative for Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
These two reports suggest that there is infection with Mycobacterium species but not Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Consult your doctor with the reports for further work up and treatment.
