What Does Urine Routine Examination Suggest?

My Wife Urine Routine Examination is ,Colour Yellow, Appearance Turbid, SP Gravity 1.005, ph 7.0, Proteins nill, Glucose Nill, Ketones Nagative, Urobilinogen Normal, Nitrites Nil, Bilirubin Nill, WBD Numerous HPF, RBC 01-02 HPf, Epithelial Cells 04-06 HPF Crystals Nill,Temperature is 102 ,& Cold, Pain is kidneys

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

She is suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by turbid appearance of urine and presence of WBC,epithelial cells,RBC etc in urine.
She need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present she need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
