Hi,
From the reports and the treatment you have taken I am of the opinion that it could be an urinary tract infection which is not responding to treatment.
You need to get an urine culture and sensitivity to start on a different antibiotic to treat the resistant bacteria. Also you need to take plenty of fluids to flush out more bacteria.
I am unable to understand about Trichomonas vaginalis, but yes it can be sexually transmitted.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
