Hello and welcome to HCM,
The urine shows presence of
leukocytes and
epithelial cells.
However, presence of 0-5 leukocytes per HPF is normal finding and does not signify any disease.
Presence of few epithelial cells is also within normal limits.
In health,
urobilinogen should be absent in urine.
Presence of urobilinogen suggests
hemolytic anemia or liver related diseases.
Hemolytic anemia is characterised by increase in unconjugated
bilirubin and thus increase in level of urobilinogen.
Liver disease is characterised by inability of conjugation of bilirubin and thus increased amounts of urobilinogen in urine.
In this condition, the urine is dark colored and stool is pale in color.
I would suggest you to consult your primary health provider with the urine test report for clinical correlation.
Management can be planned after clinical correlation, diagnosis and thus treatment of the condition.
Thanks and take care
