What Does Vaginal Bleeding During Urination Indicate?

I just woke up and had a BM and noticed that fresh blood came out with my urine. No blood from my poop when I wiped. I think it s from my vagina. I already had Hysterectomy in 2003. I think I have menopause now. I don t have abdominal cramps. The blood looks fresh. Should I call for an appointment with my Gyne Doctor. This is the 1st time it happened.

The presentation of narrated symptoms suggest that there is possible cystitis with urinary infection. I would suggest to maintain hydration with plenty of liquids, care of local part with gentian violet sitz bath and observe the urine color for further 24 hours before making appointment with OBGY.
