What Does Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi Dr, my wife is late on her period and it s confirmed that she is pregnant, and the Dr prescribed gynaecosid since we just had our 3rd child 4months ago. And we saw little stain of blood one night and since then, she has been having stomach upset. Is this an indication that the medicine is working?

Yes, these symptoms are mostly due to gynaecosid tablet she is taking.
Gynaecosid is hormonal pill used for abortion.
It creates hormonal imbalance in the body. This imbalance will cause uterine environment inappropriate for pregnancy.
So vaginal spotting, abdominal cramps, stomach upset, all are suggesting that drug is working.
