Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Constant spotting while on contraceptive implant can be a side effect of hormones contained in the rod, it can disappear as your body gets used to the hormone.

It can be something related to cervical erosion/cervical polyp. Please get checked up by a gynecologist to find the cause & start with needful treatment. You may need to remove the rod.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
