What Does Vein Sticking Out Near Temple Indicate?

I hit my head on a cabinet corner now I have a vein sticking out near my temple near where the incident occurred but not directly. Will it go down or is it a broken vein? Or could it be a more serious injury that could lead to an aneurysm or something of that sort? The incident just occurred at 3pm it is now 40min past.

Respected Sir, hi it is not going to spread down nor its a broken vein. it`s not serious injury leading to aneurysm or something else dear apply ice over affected part 10-15 minutes for 3-4 times a day it will be complete dear nothing to hesitate at all thanks regards wishing your fast and speedy recovery regards
