What Does Ventricles, Cortical Sulci And Axial Spaces Remain Prominent Mean?

On my most recent MRI the following statement was found in the radiologists report. The ventricles, cortical sulci and extra-axial spaces remain prominent, considered upper limits of normal for a patient this age . I am 48, female, diagnosed with MS in 2008. MS stabilized now, taking Copaxone since the diagnosis. This MRI was done because I have MS and have annual MRI s. I am wondering what that sentence actually means and if there are symptoms associated with the noted prominence.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the report given here are the finding of brain anatomical structures and this is not direct indication of any pathological changes if you do have MS so this may be taken as granted for this, for you clinical diagnosis and sign would be enough, some time complete imaging study needed to come on any conclusion, just brief finding does not give any clue, take care and have a nice day.
