What Does Watery Mucoid In The Below Fecalysis Report Of My Infant Indicate?

My daughter who is 13minths old has diarrhea of 6times & vimit once. They examine her stool. what does thus mean about fecalysis result. character: watery mucoid color: yellow green reaction: acidic parasites or ova: no helminthic ova nor protozoan parasites seen PUS Cell: 3-4 hpf Red Blood Cells: 1-2 hpf Bacteria: plenty

She has a bacterial infection dear which is causing her diarrhea and I would recommend you to give her antibiotics.
