What Does Watery Red Colored Vaginal Discharge Imply?

I had my period May 23rd to May 26th. I had very brief sex the following day unprotected without protection but he did not ejaculate. Starting yesterday I've been having light, almost watery red discharge. Today it seems to be darker. It is a light flow. Should I be concerned about being pregnant?
