What Does Watery Vaginal Discharge Along With Spotting Suggest?

hi I am 9dpo and actively trying to conceive. today I was at the store standing on line and felt really wet almost like I peed myself. when I wiped there was a tiny spot of blood and then later on in the night I was laying on the couch and felt super wet again almost like I peed, it was super watery and theres a lot of it. it even went through on my pants. im still extremely wet and super watery cm. when I wipe now there is a light pink color as well as cramping on my left side. could this be a sign of pregnancy?

It can be an implantation bleeding. I suggest to do a pregnancy test at day 28 of the menstrual cycle to check for a possible pregnancy.
