What Does Watery Vaginal Discharge With Itchy Vagina Indicate?

I had sex around a week ago and since I felt irritation in my vagina there was fluid that kept coming out till today that fluid keeps coming out and it itches every now and then. Today I felt a ball inside my vagina like in a wall I just check in the mirror and right where the hole should be there s like a cysts I m not exactly sure of what it is

I really appreciate your concern, given history could be suggestive of some infection and most of the time it could be TV infection and it can be best treated with "Povidone Iodine" vaginal suppository for local application some drug can be used (Povidone Iodine cream) hope this information helps.
