What Does Wbc Is 3-7 Hpf, Rbc 0-1 Hpf, Ep.cels Few Indicate?

my baby is 9 month old now, had her urine checked. her wbc is 3-7 hpf, rbc 0-1 hpf, ep.cels few, bacteria few, a.urates few, m threads some.. color yelow chracter hazy, reaction acidic, sp.gravity 6.0 albumin negative sugar negativ.. remark: ca oxalate:ocasional
is it ok??

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your baby is suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by hazy appearance of urine and presence of WBC,RBC, epithelial cells,bacteria,mucus threads in urine.
She need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present she need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
