What Does White Cyst On Labia And Painful Black Spot On Clitoris Mean?

I am a 30 yr old white female history of vulvar cancer, had a complete hyst. 6 yrs ago, the dr. excised the lesion 6 months before. I now have a white cyst/lesion(?) on my labia that is hard to the touch and doesn't move when I try to move it. there is also a painful black spot on my clitoris that is not raised. Does this sound serious? Not sure if this is related but I have had the most outragous constipation. Nothing helps, it has been going on since around xmas. help?
