What Does White Discharge From Vagina Means?

Hi there. I have been experiencing a discharge that looks exactly like milk. Very watery and no smell...but pure white! I have been having unprotected sex and am not on birth-control but my partner always pulls out. I've never experienced a discharge like this. Could I be pregnant?
