Hello ma'am and welcome.

The white spot on the fetal liver is calcium deposition that usually results from some infection the child has experienced usually found to be from the TORCH group of infections. I would recommend an elaborare TORCH level check and a series of ultrasounds to decide on what effects this can have on the child. Please allow or insist your doctor on going about an elaborate evaluation.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
