What Does White Growth In The Inner Corner Of Eye Indicate?

In the inner corner of my right eye, I have what appears to be a white growth. It causes twitching under my eye. It is painful to touch which i try to avoid but at times the corner of my eye itches. I noticed the growth a few weeks ago but didn t think anything about it, but my eye really started bothering me today and it looks bigger than it did. I was wondering what i should do?

It may be pterigium. keep it under observation fo it's growth. if it grow towards cornea then you have to wait till it reaches papillary area, it is to be resected then. better get it examined by eye doctor and confirm diagnosis.
