What Does Whitish Blue Tissue In Vagina Indicates?

I had a whitish blue tissue come out yesterday and i am currently on my cycle. It seemed odd how white it was and looked like little veins in it to. I called my doctor and was told to take a pregnancy test. I took two both negative. Which I expected. Today i had a red thick skin discharge about 2 inches long and about 2 mm thick. I am on birth control and this is the second period for me this month this one has lasted 11 days and counting. I am having horrible cramps and advil isn't helping I have a doctors appointment on Monday. What do I do until then?
