What Does Yeast Infection After Unprotected Sex Indicate?

Had unprotected sex about 6 weeks ago. 2 days later, developed a yeast infection... My period came and the yeast infection cleared. Then, following my period, I have a mild burning sensation in my vagina that comes and goes throughout the day. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. Also, for the last two weeks, I have had a tingling sensation on my outer labia. Sometimes, it burns to pee but this happens like a couple of times a week. I have been tested and confirmed negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV. I also had two transvaginal exams done to check for any blisters, sores, lesions, reddening, etc. and nothing was found. The tingling and burning are still persistent and come and go throughout the day.... I have also noticed a mild fishy odor w my discharge today...Any ideas on what this may be??

It seems to be Bacterial Vaginosis. you need to visit a gynaecologist for prescription of the following drugs:-
Apply in vagina 2% Vaginal Cream Clindamycin 2 times a day for 7 days.
Plus, Metronidazole 500mg 1 tablet by mouth twice daily for 5 days.
Keep the area clean and dry.
