What Does Yellow Blisters With White Thread Discharge Indicate?

my wife seems to have some sort of worm or something all over her body. their in these pimple looking blisters with yellow tops. you brake 1 open you pull out a white like either round or flat like. and pus. i broke open 1 on hair line and i pulled out a worm thing,then i squeezed the area that was swollen and another 1 of those things spouted out with more pus. today shes sick to her stomach clammy sweating. i took her temp and its low. on top of this shes diabetic

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

I would keep a possibility of folliculitis/bacterial infection of the hair follicle. Diabetes makes her prone to bacterial infections

In such a case she requires an oral antibiotic (penicillin group) for a week
along with a topical antibacterial ointment e.g 2% mupirocin twice daily which should make it fine.

I would recommend strict diabetes control for her in order to prevent these from recurring
